Default What kind of crime is your loved one locked up for?

Just wondering. You don't have to say the exact crime. I was wanted to get an idea of the crimes others have done compared to the people I know. The people I know were locked up for mostly property crimes and drug related crimes. Share any thoughts or comments.

He served time in 2007 for two counts of 2nd degree assault on a law enforcement officer (high speed chase) and 2nd degree burglary (he wouldn't snitch on who actually committed it but he was the ride)...he was out until Dec 2010 when his probation was revoked for a bunch of reasons, now he has to finish the rest of his time which is until 2014 at the latest, but he doesn't have an out date yet, oh and he caught a new case in 2009 for 1st degree tampering with a motor vehicle but that time is concurrent with what he already had.

Voluntary Manslaughter. Him and few other guys got into a fight...rival gangs and one of the guys got killed. My husband wasnt the shooter...he also got shot in the back which he still has the bullet lodged there. They wont take it out because its to dangerous to remove. Because he was there and was in a gang they were trying to give him life...but he took a plea for 11 years. He has to serve 85% of that before he can be released

RJ got convicted of being the get a way driver from a B&E. He did that time in county, but then he decided that he didnt really need to check in with his probation officers...they had different ideas on that subject. So he is sitting out seven years for PV,
