My fiance was arrested for drug possession & intent to sell. Which they have no real proof he was selling it. He was pulled over and they found drugs in the car. He was on parole for 9 more years but was home for a year now. He did 6 years and was doing really well smh. The drugs wasn't even his but because he didn't have a license and was on parole he was arrested ughhhh!!!. Plus it was a illegally reached. They got pulled over for a traffic stop. They were supposed to tow the car smh. I got him a lawyer and the case is looking up. I'm just a little worried cause his on parole. This his second strike so I'm praying and hoping we beat this in sha Allah.

armed robbery? Did someone die?? Why did they give him 33 years??? Seems very harsh and unjust!!!! Hopefully he appeals and it reduces his sentence. This sucks...

Default 4 years for community service hours

My loved one has been on probation for 8 years out of 13.
He just recently got 5 more years pro added to his 8. He had 4 months to go and bam! He is charged with probation violations in which they were all dropped yet they added 5 years anyways. Then a year later he gets drug back into court with probation violations. About a dozen they tried to pen on him but the only violation that stuck was community service hours. He had the hours and a letter from the man in charge of him while doing CS even wrote a letter stating Tommy was one of his best workers and the reason he didn't have the hours was due to him not being offered any work for the month of Dec. Not like the man just said the hell with it snd didn't go. He had never missed a work day and was the only one they called in to work several times csuse he was dependable and worked hard doing whatever asked of him. We get to court and bam! Found guilty of violation of his probation and sentenced him to 4 years in the big house. Anderson county tx has one of the most screwed up court systems to ever exsist. This man is not a harden criminal. He keeps a job. Causes no BS for anyone. He didn't get a fair deal and I am heartbroken over it. He is needed at home to take care of his father due to health problems and just lost his mother a year ago. He will never be the same again. His life is ruined over something petty as CS hours.

He's not mine anymore but he got 28yrs which he looks good doing. What was done included my family and he really should have gotten the 3rd strike. I have no sympathy for him and he knows this. I rarely answer his calls. He's an ex for a reason. Enough said. I'm sorry don't mean to vent, there are other places to do that at.

We have many males here in this community whose wives or girlfriends are incarcerated - have a look at our forum Wives & Girlfriends in Prison.

There are a few of us males at PTO who love ladies inside. I wish more male guys would participate. It gets kind of lonely here at times.

Mi loved one latest charge is for CLASS X FELONY CHARGE OF ARMED ROBBERY,so serious for him this time around, along with add'l robbery charge, along with an old D.U.I. and the prosecutor on the case recently conceded to the fact, there was no weapon after all, yet for so long said it was, so he kept his bail excessive.Prosecutor said on the record, "Bail will not be lowered, predicated upon for which a weapon/gun was involved."Now, this is all been proven as a clear falsity."
-

We are fighting all three zealously through lawyers, who are working hard to see if it can even be dismissed, with latest discovery etc.al., in his favor, and the clear devoid of "evidence." Nada.. There are absolutely no fingerprints, and no gun was located even though prosecutor originally cited such, now admitting no gun, no prints etc., hence mi loved one, he will know sooner than later, if he receive FINALLY either:

a.) A reasonable plea bargain, with T.S.(time-served)as he is in the county for a minute now... or just to have it all dismissed, or soon released on bail to continue fighting it out here, in the "real"world along with his law team, who is working so hard for him and i love to see this as some lawyers really "do care."Not all. He now has a great one. Great law team helping him more than most and we are both patiently, yet anxiously awaiting to hear, soon enough...time will tell.adios. nite pto'ers...hugs blessings.
