Default Not receiving medicines at taylor c.i

I was wondering what can be done when your love ones don't get their medication. My ex husband was just transferred to Taylor C.I. I'm very concern for his health. He takes once-a-day medication to treat seizures and has not taken any medications for few days now. I told him to request it on writing and to keep records of the dates and times so I can file a complaint myself. what else can be done before is too late. any suggestions?please need help ASAP. This is not right and it should not be happening to any inmate PERIOD.

Here's a link to an article about the new $375 million FL prison health care contract that just took effect on July 1.
https://www.mypalmbeachpost.com/news...WpH7TnHyW5HFN/

Contact them, Centurion of Florida: https://www.centurionmanagedcare.com/

and also file a complaint with the FL governor's office. I bet they don't want to begin the contract with more complaints about withholding prisoner's medications.

At the prior facility, was it KOP or was it dispensed at the window?

If KOP, what happened to the blister pack at transfer?

Has he asked a supervisor for assistance (beyond what SHOULD have been the common sense avenue of dropping a request to medical on whatever form the agency utilizes)?

There are A LOT of instances where offenders complain to families but assume precisely zero responsibility at the unit for trying to resolve things on their own.
