How long after eligibility date will he see the Board?
Hello everyone, my husband his eligible for parole as of today 7-2-19 This question is for anyone who’s love ones been through this situation. How long after your spouse or s/o was called up to parole board after eligibility date anyone can answer thank you😘😘😘
My fiance's parole date was scheduled for February 2, 2019 and he didn't go before the parole board until May 15, 2019....I hope you don't have to wait they long. In the meantime call the parole department and talk to whoever u can until you get a direct answer as to what's going on. In my personal experience WITH SCDC if you want a direct and truthful answer to your question you'll have to speak to between 7 and 10 people before you get one if at all.
They are supposed to update daily unfortunately that isn't the case the majority of the time
That's the case with any database that large. They're managing thousands of state cases up for probation and parole, in addition to pardons.
