Default Demand Evidence Preservation

If you aren't familiar with the 1988 Supreme Court case Arizona v. Youngblood, you should be. It's the decision that allows law enforcement to destroy potentially exculpatory evidence. It has increased the number of wrongful convictions and made it more difficult for the wrongly convicted to gain their freedom. You can promote awareness of this unfortunate opinion at change.org/ideas/view/require_preservation_of_potentially_exculpatory_ev idence.
