Are PV hearings documented just like a regular legal hearing? What I mean is, would there be a case file and/or transcripts somewhere that I could request copies of? I am in the middle of a divorce and we are fighting over custody of the kids, and our oldest child's testimony at a recent parole violation hearing could be beneficial to my request for sole custody. If it is possible to request records, where would I get them from? The parolee had been under supervision in Clare County but was already in quarantine when the hearing was held. I'm not sure if that person participated by video or was transported to Wayne County, which is where my daughter was taken for her testimony. I've tried calling the parolee's lawyer who represented him in the hearing a few times but never have gotten a call back. I have very little time to get the info I need, so thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
