Unhappy Help! absconded from parole!

I too am on the ship you are on....my fiance was paroled for a driving offense after 61 days......they then tried to put him on house arrest for a sex offender accusation/charge from 17 years ago...he never served a day for it and it seems the law is being applied wrong....but never the less.........he wanted this over with so he cut off the bracelet...they would not allow him to come home or see or speak to the kids.....so he took a long weekend and then turned himself in. Now they are charging him with absconding and adding time to his parole and no good time? Can this be correct???? Do they ever get in front of the parole review board again and have an chances of changing it? Please any help or information is vital to me.
Thank you
