Florida DOC & Global tel link: pay in advance & for every call?

Florida just changed to this service I was told I had to pay in advance I did that now I'm being told I have to pay per call also
Anyone knows how this works ???

You might want to call them. If you put money on his account, you shouldn't be having to pay per call also. That can't be right.

Trying to get the company to answer the phone is a nightmare ,overseas operator and they are very in inform

In MI if you put money on phone account, then each phone call (2.56?) is taken from that account. Pay per call
