Default Nonviolent Parole denied for the second time
Hi,
My boyfriend's parole was recently denied for the second time. He only has a year left, but we want to appeal it. Does anyone have any advice on the appeal process?

Here's a link to the California Prison Law .com The California Prison and Parole Law Handbook that explains parole denial appeals, including a chapter on 'LEGAL CHALLENGES TO PAROLE SUITABILITY DECISIONS' .
