Securus Phone Issues "offline" cust service

Anyone try to pick up a call from their loved one and it will not connect even though you are pressing "1" to accept call? We had this similar problem awhile back and I faxed copy of our phone bill.

It is starting to happen again...selectively. It happened last Wednesday, but then on Friday we could pick up the call. Today, again, we couldn't pick up. It says we are cleared to receive calls, but it won't let us pick up.

Money is on the account. Both Wed and today (Mon) when we tried to call Securus they were "offline"and not accepting calls. WTF? We sent an email, but doubt it will even get read.

Call your service provider. I have had to have them reset the signal to my phone to the tower. It happened a few times and this fixed it.

Did the issue get fixed by calling your phone company , I’ve called with the same crappy offline message sent multiple emails and called Verizon but i didn’t tell them about the towers I’ll try this again.
