I received 2 letters from him one postmarked 9/29 on3 9/14 The 9/14 he talked about the storm. He said the building itself was run down, and he didn't like how crowded it was from the evacuees. There was some water in areas where windows didn't shut as well. As you know most of the time those windows are open since there is no A/C
I'm sure it was hot and stuffy.
