I was wondering how long the process of restoring gain time takes? If anyone has a loved one that went through it please let me know Thank You!

I know they can but generally you reach max gain time before you are done with sentence. So you can earn it back. Not really sure how much time your talking about so it makes a difference.

He didnít tell me the exact number only that if they restored it he would be emergency released so I guess it was a lot his last dr was more than a year ago and he lost 60 days for that. I was just wondering at how long it would take to restore letís say those 60 days

You get 10 day's a month until you max out don't count on them giving it back. FDOC is not known for being kind, but there is always hope!!!

I just looked up your profile he's been maxed for a while so either they release him or are adding time. Look him up on the FDOC thing and you will have your answer. I hope it's good.
