Default Visit Memo AND Rule Development, were BOTH posted in the dorms?

Please help!

There was a memo of visitation schedule change for 90 days from Ricky Dixon’s office to start 040718. Here: http://www.dc.state.fl.us/SW_Visitation_Schedule.pdf

A whole different issue on visitation is the rule development posted on the website that hasn’t been decided on yet stating visits may go to a minimum of 2 days a month for 2 hours each. Here: http://www.dc.state.fl.us/secretary/...33-601.722.pdf

We need to know if the Development was posted in the dorms or just the memo. Extremely important to know the difference and for everyone to know what the development is going after...we have requested a hearing but, they can’t legitimately set a hearing if everyone has NOT been notified of the Rule Development.

Can you find out and post back here please?

Memo has been amended: http://www.dc.state.fl.us/oth/inmate...n_Schedule.pdf

Now, they have backed up, regrouped and connecting the memo with the development but, have not changed the wording on either NOR have they notified the prisoners of the wording of the development.

Y’all please help spread the word. The link to the development is in the original post and this is the amended memo.

If anyone has questions please let me know. THEY REALLY ARE NOT TELLING THE PRISONERS THEY PLAN TO KNOCK VISITATION DOWN TO 2 DAYS A MONTH AND A MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS EACH DAY.
