Unhappy Resentenced and 456 days served not calculated in MRD

Does anyone know of any lawyers or anyone here in Colorado that could take a look at my boyfriends case and tell me what I need to do to get his time figured out or help me do it?
He was resentenced to DOC however, its like he started his whole sentence over because his MRD isn't until the half way mark from when he was resentenced. He already had done 456 days on this case..
I have the dates, paperwork, and the time comp sheet.

Please help!

He should contact the lawyer who represented him on the most recent case
for answers, and assistance if the DOC got it wrong.

Outside of that, because a PD probably won't touch it at this point, pay for an hour or two of an attorney's time. You should know, an attorney you employ "for your boyfriend's case" won't represent you, but will represent your boyfriend, so if he's got other things going on - other cases, caught a case while inside, lost good time credit to discipline - then you may not know unless you specifically hire the attorney to represent your interests in finding out what's going on with your bf's case.

It'll cost a small fortune, but if you really want answers, that's what you're going to have to do. You might want to look for a criminal appellate attorney, or a prisoner's rights attorney in your area/state as if he has been held beyond his sentence for no reason, then he may have a civil case, plus it may take a habeas to get him out, if prison admin is insistent.

If he's refused parole or supervision and has decided to serve out, his minimum date will not apply.

I'm in Florida and we need to find out how to file a grievance. Or how he does while in prison. So if you find out any information please post. Thank you
