Question Does county time count toward parole violation?

My brother been sitting in county for 2 months now serving time for a domestic charge. In a few days (discharge from the dv case) his parole officer will be picking him up for a violation of parole and taking him to Statesville. My question is WILL THE TIME HE SPENT IN COUNTY COUNT TOWARD HIS PAROLE TIME LEFT?
Also, he had 10 months.left out of 2 years of parole at the.time of violation and his parole.officer already went to county to let him know he.violated

Parole time stops on the date the warrant is issued, more than likely the day of his arrest. The PRB can grant the county time during his revocation hearing but since it was DV related that is doubtful.

Normally violators are seen by the PRB within 30 days unless he requested a MB hearing which I doubt with a DV conviction.

He was in stateville for a week, they already sent him to illinois river. We already got a letter from him and he said he hasn't seen the parole board at all yet. He been there since April 20.
