Default Jpay emails

Hi, I've searched everywhere but can't find an answer so thought someone here might know.... I want to write to a DR inmate at Indiana state prison, I'm in the U.K. So can I use jpay and are DR inmates able to receive emails from jpay, and will he be able to reply back to me through jpay, can I pay for his reply that way too

if his facility allows jpay emails, u can search the inmate and look the up, some will allow you just to add money or phone time, so is all 3. phone money and emails. the only state i believe has to hand write/snail mail back is texas thats what i read, on the site, if i have that correct and yes you can send a stamp with ur letter a digital stamp so they can reply, from the info i remember from jpay and me talking to a few other members thats what i was told.

CO prisons don't allow inmates to email back, either.

When you set up a Jpay account, if email is an option you'll see an email tab. If it's not available there you won't get an email tab.
You'll need his DOC number.

Search it here: http://jpay.com/PAvail.aspx

He more than likely won't be allowed access to a JPay kiosk to respond, so just make sure to include your address so he can write back.

Hi Zed, you can send jpay emails to inmates on Texas DR but, unfortunately, they cannot reply by the same means.

Thanks to you all for your help. Just thought I'd let you know, I signed up to jpay and added the guy I wanted to write to, I didn't get any further than that due to having other things to do, then today I looked and he has sent me 2 messages! He said my name appeared on his mailing list. So I am happy now, jpay is great!
