Default Who gets paid for prisoners working outside of prison? The State or prison?

Does the State Of Florida or the prison get paid for the prisoneers working outside of the prison ?

I am going with you meaning at work release.

The prisoner gets paid. However, they have rent and other payments coming out of their income. Money the court has charged and child support, etc.

If you mean PRIDE, they still pay the prisoner but, it's only about .25 an hour.

no I mean when they are still in prison and they do work outside of the prison

Individual prisons rarely have the ability to contract their work crews. Any outside entity using inmate labor has usually contracted with the State agency overseeing the prison system. I have no reason to believe Florida would be any different...

when they go out daily from the prison and do work supervised and go back at the end of the work day, im not sure thats work relese, I thought work release was differant where they had real job working

Work release is where they have a real job. They go out when they are required to work unsupervised. As far as I know it's from a work camp, though.
