Arrow How is time served applied w/ concurrent & consecutive sentences in Iowa?

Hi, im wondering if anyone knows how time served is applied when you have a concurrent and consecutive sentence if the first sentence has a mandatory minimum. My fiance has 3 sentences ran concurrent which has a mandatory minimum, then has a consecutive sentence. We are trying to figure out were they will apply his time sevd credit and nobody can seem to help and as far as we can tell on his dream sheet it's not addin up, the time hasn't been applied and he was under the impression it cant be applied to the mandatory sentence but its not good time it's time served, and it's 282 days of time served, for that to not be taken off is a BIG deal. Any help will be greatly appreciated, any advice on who I can call to find out, simply anything will be helpful. Thank you.
