Default Funeral and Visits

Hello,
I have never posted here before but I am desperate for some information. I have an Uncle who is in Ventress Correctional Facility. He is due to be released in February 2015. His mother (my grandmother) was diagnosed with cancer in January. It spread fast and now she is in Hospice. They have given her three months. I was wondering if they allow death bed visit or funeral visit at this facility. And if so who should I contact?

Hi and welcome to PTO. I really dont know if they would allow him a death bed or funeral visit but I think you would have to contact the warden to make this request. I am sorry to hear about your grandmother, my thoughts are with you and your family

I would do both, telephone and email the warden. Explain the situation and also point out that your Uncle only has a little time left to serve and that he would like to see his mother one last time
