Lilith I am glad to have you here and posting with us and telling your families story. It is sooooooooooooooooo important that we do not forget what our ancestors gave to keep our Nations alive.

My loved one is 1/4 Yakama, 1/4 Walla Walla 1/4 Northern Cheyenne, and 1/4 Muskogee Creek. Whew! His father is the Yakama, Walla Walla and his mother is Creek and Northern Cheyenne. Anyway. He is slated for release Oct.2006. He will have served his full 7 year term. I miss his smile more than anything. And his hugs. He's in I.M.U. until release. So no more visits or phone calls. This is very hard. But we write each other daily. That's something.

Thumbs up

Hey Wingy!!! Guess what? Brice, my loved one, got good time, and they moved him to a close custody cell with a celly up at Clallam Bay!! It's the first time in over two years he's been able to see sky or eat in the regular chow hall, buy stuff, have visits and phone calls!! It's exciting. He seems a little nervous about it, sort of jumpy and emotional. But he's happy to be out of the hole!!

My fiance' Shawn, is a full blood White Mountain Apache from the White Mountain Apache Indian Reservation in Cibecue, Arizona. We will be getting married when he gets out of prison either in February 2008 or March 2008.

Thank you for the welcome to this web site and for the congratulations....I hope that Shawn will be able to adjust to the outside once he is released from prison...he is in USP Terre Haute. He has been incarcerated since 2000 and has been in the hole for the last 22 months. I know it will be a big adjustment being in the outside world again, but I will be by his side as his wife and will help him to adjust day by day until he feels comfortable again.......thank you...........
