I keep everything in a binder organized by date - I've kept every card he ever gave me from the time we met, so it's not something I started doing after he went in... just the organizing them in a binder part is. I also read through them every now and then.

I have the very first letter my husband ever wrote me, even though he wasn't my husband at the time. Organized! Shrine! The WHOLE WORKS! Every now and then I take out some of the "real special" ones and sleep with them along with the stuffed "teddy bear" and picture that I hold close every night.

I have every letter he has ever wrote, I am considering getting ridding of a few of them where we had some really bad fights and every envelope that he decorated and drawed on. He also made me a picture frame out of cards. My letters are in a 3 inch binder but after 7 months it's already getting full.

Hi to all, Yes I keep all his letters in a box beside my bed. They are bound together by week & dated. Also photos of us & our times together before he went inside. I also have a folder in my computer of all the e-mails & poems he wrote me. His photos are on the wall beside my pillow. He has my photos on a notice board in his room where the light from outside shines on them. He is happy about that I have sent him poems from me as well. He has a pile of letters in his box in a locker somewhere too. Yes one day we'll be reading them to each other too.
Thank you for all your posts, it's sure nice to know i'm not alone on this journey.
Love to all

I have a huge file of all his letters, and have his cards and pictures proudly on display in my home I started reading them all over again from the beginning and they have all been just awesome. The love he has proclaimed for me from the start has never faded. He is my soulmate and I can't wait to have him with me in person.

Of course! I keep anything I get from him so I can look at it when I'm feeling down. The binder thing is a good idea! Those letters are my most prized things I own!

I have a lovely wooden box I keep all of his letters in, in order by date, and seprated by month. I have his picture sitting on my desk, positioned so he can watch me while I sleep, and his T-Shirt fitted over my pillow. I guess that sounds like a crazy Beetles/Elvis fan type of thing doesn't it? *sigh*

I keep everything he sends me. I read them when I'm down and really missing him. Well when I'm home anyway. I miss him all the time. I think I'll keep all the letters forever that way I have proof that he wrote me romantic letters, because I'm sure once he's out I won't get any.

I have every letter, card, note - everything in a box. In fact, more than one box. Not as organized as some of the other folks here but still I have everything he has ever sent me. They mean the world to me.

I have two huge rubber maid boxes of every letter, legal piece of paper and all of his drawings--13 years worth. He tells me it's a fire hazard--let the place burn down cuz I'm not getting rid of them.

Yes, I do this too. I have everything in a big binder that is Brandon's Book. I have his art work in separate little things to protect it. He has made me a few things like a jewerly box and that's out on my dresser. He has made our son some things so those things are out too.
