Default When will he be out?

ok can someone help me? my bf is still in reception so he hasn't seen his counslor its been 90 days we thought we would hear something by now! well he got 16 months with half time and he's a non violent offender and her has no enhancements. can someone give me an idea if he will be home sooner then November thats when his release date technically is

Most likely no, the Department has no incentive to put him into any sort of programming since he will be out in November anyway. It is July. Most programs have waitlists that he won't even clear until close to his release date. Prop 57 is not really meant to benefit people serving very short sentences.

I see that he was pursuing the Alternative Custody Program in another thread. I take it that did not work out?
