My hubby told me there is a website that you can go to to see where the appeal is standing and if they have made a decision and all of that but he didn't know where. Does any one know how to find it?????? I don't even know where to begin. I would love to check on it.

There ya go.... though it appears that Colorado requires that you either contact the court directly or use one of the paid services to obtain information.

Click on the District you need to find info from....
Names are not posted to the site until a decision has been made, however....
so there isn't any way to find out the status of an appeal. If any oral hearings are scheduled, that case also will not appear on the web site.

I wanted to know what all of this means. My daughter's father was sentenced to 22 years, and is now in the appeals process. What is the next step after this or is this the final say so.
