It especially deters many of the folks who have already experienced the joys of being locked in a cage.

Prisons are there especially for the ones that are not deterred by prison.

I agree with you on this. They are human beings not animals of course they will act like that, Confine in a single cell you will go crazy, this lockdown for 4 days 24 hours in a cage is inhuman and we should definitely address these issues. My son first time in prison and I don’t wish it no one o have their love one in those cells when here is nothing you can do to help them. Count me in I sign petition and start groups to make our voices heard!!!
