Default Ex-Felons Can Now Serve On California Juries

Ex-Felons Can Now Serve On California Juries Under New Law
SB 310 will still include limits on which ex-offenders can serve on a jury.
Signed into law by Governor Gavin Newsom on Monday.
SB-310 Jury service.

Oregon is one of the two states that doesn’t require a unanimous jury. There is a movement to change that.
