Default New Start Program

My daughter is bipolar and in jail in harris county texas for 2 felony assault charges. She got in a fight with family member and police officer. She was intoxicated while on your meds. She is in the MHMRA (mental health system). I understand there is a new start residential program but it looks like it is only for men. Is there a program for women? Would hate for her to serve jail time since she is mentally ill but she needs a structured program like this.

I did some digging around on Google, and I couldn't find any information on a program for women. You may want to hop over to the Texas forum and see what you can find out there.
