Does your time from when your sentence with the judge? Or how long you have been in jail?

Time toward your sentence begins on the sentencing date.
Time spent in county jail does also count but usally at a different rate (depending on what percentage)
I cant remember now what the percentages are as they have changed.
But usually time in county prior to sentencing is given more credits.
(cant remember if its day for day or what)
Sorry Im not more help
