Default PV: Prescription not in original bottle; Still eligible for ISP?

Hello everyone Iíve a member of the forum for some time but never got the chance to post. Any advice helps right now Iím dealing with my girlfriend who just got out of prison who violated parole. After she left prison she was put into a half way house/ sober living house. She was there for a little over a month until she was charged with violating parole. She was caught with her own prescription medicine in her purse but was not in the original bottle. The charge she got Possession of certain prescription drugs 2C:35-24. And to make things worse she was charged with Possess device to defraud administration of drug test 2C:36-10. The last charge she got only because the staff at the half way house said that the container she had in her purse could be used to store urine or soemthing along those lines. The next day county police picked her up and after 2 weeks later she was transferred back to state awaiting a parole hearing Iím assuming.
I know things donít look good but I was looking to hear what anyone had to say. Weíre looking to get a lawyer but still unsure. Wanted to know if she could still be eligible for ISP? Any help or info would be appreciated. Btw this is located in NJ.

Wow, that's a new one to me

I know having meds not in original container is a felony, but is it possible the charges would be amended if she could prove the script is legitimately her own?

I'm sorry, I really don't have answers for you....but I do want to welcome you back to PTO

EDIT: Individuals convicted of homicide, robbery, sex offenses or first-degree offenses are not eligible for ISP.
Violations that are substantiated may result in returning violators of ISP conditions to traditional prison settings to serve out the balance of their sentences.

Thanks for the help. Yea right now Iím just lost on what to do. Worse comes to worse she would have to max out which would be another 8 months or so. I know she will be able to prove that the meds were her. Also the container that they claimed was used to defraud a drug test they threw away so Iím not sure how they plan on proving that if she gets a hearing. Right now weíre just taking things one day at a time i have money to get her a lawyer but Iím not sure if itíll even make a difference. Iím hoping maybe someone else has some insight. My main question I guess is if there is any ISP programs or any other alternatives someone could be eligible for if they violate parole. Also do you think there is any chance parole will not terminate her? I know nobody can answer that but Iím just asking from everyoneís past experience. As you can see Iím pretty desperate and I wish I could help her in anyway but right now Iím lost and at a stand still which is driving me nuts. Thatís the end of my rant thanks for the response and if thereís anyone out there who might have there 2 cents feel free it be more than appreciated.
