Default Anyone know of any State Run Dual Daig. Treatment center

Does anyone know of any treatment centers for drug and mental health in or around Oklahoma. He has no ins, so it needs to be state funded. TY in advance. Would be nice if it had a inpatient maybe 30 days or so to help stabilize, ex offender of 6 yrs in. Having trouble adjusting to life and currently in county jail.
