It depends on the crime and whether or not it falls into the 85% law. There are many classes that they can take to earn time credits, if you will look around in the okla forums there were a couple of posts about that
the other day listing some of the classes offered. it varies from one facilitiy to another.

When my husband went in 3 years ago, the jailer at the county where he was sentenced told him that Oklahoma inmates were serving about 33.3% of their time. That number is reflective of not being written up, not losing any good time, taking classes that affect time, and earning levels. Like Onry said, it also depends on the 85% law. My husband went in for 10 years in 2004. He is up for parole in April. If he does not make parole, then he will be out in early 2008 on good time. He did lose a level and some time right when he went in for refusing his first cell assignment. It did not effect his time that much and he earned levels pretty quickly after that and completed the substance abuse TC program and some other classes. Without parole, he will have served about 4 years on a 10 year sentence.
