Default Why do parole violators go to Statesville?

Can anyone tell why it is in illinios that parole violators go to statesville

I don't know that every parole violator goes to Statesville, but if they have to be reclassified Northern Reception and Classification Center is part of Statesville. Northern is the main assessment & classification center for the whole state.

Statesville also houses both maximum & minimum security inmates:

There are three classification centers in Illinois. Southern part of the there classification center is Menard.. Central illinios graham is the classification center. With statesville being northern receiving. Does the parole board to nrc more than once a month..if u could can u dig something up on this

I'm not familiar with Illinois, and from what I've read Illinois is quite a bit different than Ky. Illinois is much more complicated (to me anyway). So here is what I've found:
