Uuuuurgh, there seems to be always something at that place. Thank you for your notice, I was starting to wonder about the silence.

Thank you. Sucks when you've come from out of state to visit

No, visited last month. It was the best feeling in the world to be able to see him and spend time with him again. I'll try again in a couple weeks.

When they are on lockdown the CO's will not tell you what they are on lockdown for or how long so calling everyday will not get you anywhere but make the CO's mad

When I haven't heard from my guy, I find it more useful to contact his counselor and just ask about his general well being and not bug the CO's because at the end of the day I just need to be reassured that he's OK.

Does anybody know if it's just certain units that are off lockdown? I know at the medium, two units were on lockdown but not the whole camp. Have t heard a word and that's not normal at all.

Thanks!

Well that's some relief...same here, the max. :-/
I called today and was told that they were off but thinking back, the phone to the USP was forwarded to the camp and of course they said no lockdown but I remember them saying FCI...just ASSES! I should've called back and asked about the USP. None of them care what so ever. They are trained to have that mentality.

Thanks for the fast response :-)

There were just crazy lines for the phones and internet today in the USP.

I hope you hear from him soon. When lockdowns are lifted, just about everyone is trying to contact their loved ones. It's similar to the lines when everyone's phone minutes and commissary refreshed to the next month's allotment on the first day of the month, the lines were massive. Now it usually only happens when everyone is set free from their cells at the same time.
