Default transfer to another facility - does visiting list transfer?

I know I have read something about this before, but I can't find it now.
My question is, once you are on their visiting list at a facility, does that transfer to the next facility, or do you have to get approved again? Thanks for any input.

As long as you are on his regular approved list, it will transfer with him (if you sent in an application). R&O visiting does not necessarily transfer unless he specifically requests it and that is only for 2 weeks.

What about if I was on his approved list from an earlier incarceration? Do we have to fill out paperwork again since this is a new incarceration?

Yes, you have to do the paperwork all over again. The list is only good for the time he is in for that bid.
