I have a question please. My ex husband is in prison for DWI'S only. In his case management (which is on the Internet) his profile is wrong. The description of his hair and eye color is totally opposit of what they actually are. In one picture, it isnt even him! I wonder if this could be considered a technacality and cause for his release? thank you for any help.

I wasn't aware of any site in TX that showed offenders pictures. I doubt it would make any difference but I guess it never hurts to try. Let us know what you find out.
They were taken when he was arrested for DWI'S. The last one just before they sent him to prison. They have every date he was arrested, the offense, when he was released,...well, the whole banana! I haven't seen any other county doing that. Just Kerr. I'll try to keep you posted.

TX.
Denton county does this and their errors are so glaring that it is not uncommon to even have the wrong charge listed. It is next to impossible to get them changed.
I dont' think a clerical error would cause any court to reverse a conviction. Unless the discription given by witnesses is different than that of your husband. I've seen so many clerical errors regarding charges, height, etc. on the internet but it's what was said during the trial that matters.
