From SD DOC's webpage:

As of today, the DOC is suspending all in-person visitation within our facilities. A video visitation system is in place to help maintain contact with inmates, subject to the rules of the department’s Inmate Visiting policy. Additional information is available on our website at doc.sd.gov/about/faq/visitation.aspx. The Inmate Visiting policy is available at doc.sd.gov/about/policies/. The link to schedule a video visit through GTL is sddoc.gtlvisitme.com/app. All volunteer activities within our facilities have been suspended as well.
