My son was sentenced to 10 years for several drug crimes. He was also ordered to do SAP. He is currently in Rodererer awaiting assessment, but it's taking forever. I talked to UNITE and he would quailify but the judge has to change the order to rehap instend of SAP. I tried calling his lawyer, a court appointed one, and she is never there and never returns my calls. I wrote the judge a letter, nothing from that as of yet. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I should go about trying to get this done? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
