Mail regulations for Iowa State Penitentiary in Ft. Madison, Iowa

I'm going to call ISP and ask them what their rules and regulations are for all incoming mail to the inmates and also see if they will mail me out something with this information listed. However, I honestly don't want to wait for this information to come in the mail. With this said....does anyone out there know where I can find the rules and regulations of incoming inmate mail for ISP (Iowa State Penitentiary) located in Ft. Madison, Iowa. If it's not known where to find this information online does anyone have a copy of the information scanned that they can post in here. Sorry if this post is jumbled or doesn't make sense, I am new to this and I don't really know what to ask or how to state things. Thanks
