Default Suspended transfers from County to Reception

Since they are not accepting inmates to reception at inmates expected to serve their terms in county ? How will they get their release dates? My bf signed to 2 years on September 1st and given 112 days credit (arrested 7-9-2020). We're thinking his out date should be in March but i heard they're giving 12 week credit to all inmates so that would push it to December which is right around the corner. Any insight is appreciated. Thank you.

The 12 week credit was for CDCR inmates. I doubt it would apply to anyone in county. Even if inmate is "supposed" to be in CDCR custody.

They should get any credits that are specific to county inmates.

No update yet he's still in county. But he told me that a guy there wrote up to CDCR and got written confirmation that he's eligible for that 12 week credit so I think they're still applying it to inmates as long as those programs are suspended.
