Probation in Oklahoma, prison in Texas.

Hoping someone can help me or point me in the right direction.

My loved one is sentenced in Texas, and is on probation in Oklahoma. Someone in TDCJ told him about a form from the law library called revocation of violation of probation that he can complete so when he gets released from Texas, he can already have the process started so he doesn't get more jail time in Oklahoma. He will probably not be released for another year or 2 but he is wanting to get a head start on it. I am new to all of this so I hope someone can help me.
