Hhahah no I did not, that would have been funny as hell though. I have been trying to clean the house but keep falling off.

I am so very excited too. We have gone over alot of planning for the firsst day and pick up and all that.

When she was taken from me, I was working on a hotrod and she knew that was a big focus. I had to kinda put it on hold because of the case and the costs of protecting her through this shit. She knows a bit of my toy dream had to be put on hold, I let her know that she should not feel guilty at all and that none of this shit will let it affect me. I was able to still finish the hotrod through this situation and she wants me to pick her up in it. It is a really big deal and for me building this car is now shifted from just a thing that I was doing as a hobby, to a symbol of strength through our adversity. She is very proud of me being able to stay strong through the time, I am proud of her being there for me as well. She doesn't know how much I depend on her in there to keep it together and keep driving forward.

I thought early on that she would need my support, and she did. The thing I didn't know though is that being out here slowly with the way society is, I see that I needed her support more than ever. She is the only one that knows how it is for someone on the outside to love through this shit. Nobody else gets it, and when she is locked up in there, I am alone out here. Society is awful, the shit we have to deal with out here to support loved ones is terrible. I can say though that through this time, I kept my wits about me, and kept pushing and supporting her and despite what anyone thinks, or says, weather its in my face or some undertone, I have been consistent and direct about my beliefs.

So tomorrow I will get up extra early, pack up a few of her things. (cell phone, hoop ear rings, root beer, Taki's) hahah I will fire up the beast, and make my way down to the beach to pick her up. I am really anxious still and just hope it all goes well.

Her aunt mom and daughter are going to meet us down there so that should be very emotional. I am supportive, but really on alert about family. I think if family was cohesive enough they would have fought harder for this not to ever happen in the first place. So I have some reservations about people that I need to let go, but I don't know if I ever will. I will just back up a little and let the love in, but keep a watchful eye on anything else hahah

I plan on picking her up, then continuing to put a few more posts in on the thread for wrapping up on the release day and maybe the few weeks after.

I do want to stay on the site for a while though. Everyone has been so helpful and I have used the site to let out tons of anxiety and the people like you have been there to offer support and just be a sounding board for me. I appreciate it immensely.

I also think that I can help people here and there and maybe the post release situation will need attention as well. This journey is definitely not over with, and just at another stage.

What a sweet ride to be picked up in after such a BS time in her life.

I hope all goes smoothly.

Yeah me too!! I am praying no fires! She is taking today off but it is a seriously sensitive fire time so hopefully things go OK. The whole place will hear me show up in the morning for sure hahahha

I need to buy a small cooler though today. I only have large ones. I am sort of feeling like massive anxiety now!!

Well I drove down and made it to the place around 7:30am sharp. Tons of anxiety. Her family made it to meet as well.

I went in and signed a thing and they scanned my license. The girl had a small issue with my license address vs her release place but i assured my license address is another home. They couldn’t figure out that people have more than one residence? Whatever hahaha

So they got her and she dressed up and they walked her out to me.

Her whole crew was on their side, her family on our side.

I proposed with the knee down and everything for her and her crew screamed and her family cried and even the CO kinda broke up a little bit. My girls home.

I’m going to protect her with everything I got. She’s so much to me.

I want to thank you all for your support through this nightmare. We are a community shunned by society yet tenacious and steadfast in our love for our people. We protect our loved ones above and demons any pressure or risk and that is something amazing to be said to realize. I am very proud of everyone sticking by their loved ones, I am proud of my girl, I’m even a little proud of myself.

In so many bad days, today is quite a good one.

Congratulations on two counts. One the release of your loved one and the second on your future married life together. So happy for you both.
