Unhappy Intro--WeRAllFamily from Texas

This is my first charge. I have to do three years in TX. I would never do anything to anyone, never have and never will. I never thought my life would turn out this way. I think very highly of myself, I'm attractive, I'm very intelligent, I'm very strong and I have high standards and morals for myself. I don't want to be looked at as some freak or something when I know I'm not.

I also feel like the registry is very degrading and de-humanizing and it should have never been established because studies show all it does is hard humans, and communities. It doesn't make anything safer for anybody. All it does it create more recidivism (unfortunately), and it really makes being independent and maintaining shelter very difficult. I need my independence and I don't want to be homeless.

It's bad enough I'm going to have to surrender my beautiful car, which is scheduled to be paid off 10/2021. I just don't think that I should have to loose my social media accounts which I use in a strictly regular, legal way. It has always been that way.

Does anybody know about social media accounts, because on Tender is says you're not supposed to have an account is you're a sex offender but on some websites I saw them saying that if you're not on parole or probation that you can apparently have any social media. I need help with that and any other information. I'm not even a fighter and have no intentions of causing any bodily or physical harm to anybody so this type of environment is potentially very detrimental to my mental and physical wellbeing.
