Default Why was he moved from isolation moved to general pop ?

My hubby been in jail all together about 14 months he was sentenced in jan and have been waiting for 5 months now to be moved yesterday he was moved to population at first he was in isolation initailly because he was charged with first-degree murder but was charged with manslaughter. Im trying to figure out why they move him there ??? any help

From what I know... Gen population is better than isolation unless him being in isolation is for his safety. There are more privledges in Gen pop so that is a perk to look forward to...I wish I had more answers for you but I don't know the specifics of the situation. I hope this helped

I would think, and I don't know for sure, but the longer they are in there...the better they behave the security level changes. He probably didn't get in trouble and they lowered the security level which put him in general population.
