Default Is it ever possible to be transferred back to county jail to finish time?

just wondering! might sound like a dumb question but just asking!

Yes, where the county has an Order for Production but the county jail credits aren't exclusively going towards a new case. That can happen a few different ways. The inmate could be a witness, or the new case could be dismissed, or the new case could be concurrent time, or the sentencing jurisdiction might permit dual use of credits.
