Default Which Major Disciplinary rule would Accomplice to Murder fall under?

so if someone is being accussed of being accomplice to murder which Major Disciplinary rule if convicted would this fall under?

1. Rioting
2. Criminal or Unlawful Conduct
3. Extortions, Blackmail, Protections
4. Obstruction/Disruptive conduct
or is there a total different one I am missing that it could fall under. Also, could that person if found guilty be charged with voluntary or involuntary manslaughter or what are the possible charges can they be charged with.

Sounds more like outside charges will be filed rather than disciplinary.

Was someone killed in the prison? Is he being accused of helping or knowing about it? If so he can be charged/indicted with anything from manslaughter to murder, complicity or not. It all depends on the investigation into the incident and what the outcome of that investigation is and sometimes that can take months.

I would assume the criminal or unlawful conduct, for intra-prison purposes. Plus free-world charges.

Yeah, you can expect free world charges along with the disciplinary write up. You should be able to check Iowa courts online once an indictment is filed - the same website where his original criminal conduct appeared. He'll probably be arrested and transported through the local jail once they are ready to go forward with the prosecution(s) (his prosecution and the person charged with the actual murder, and anybody else involved).

Expect that he, and all the people involved, will be kept separate from each other. Expect him to spend some serious "hole" time.

He should be asking for an attorney the moment criminal charges are mentioned as his rights to have an attorney present when questioned should attach at least by that moment if not sooner.

One can receive institutional sanction as well as free-world charges without jeopardy attaching.

To the OP, many agencies have an infraction designed to address "Any Offense deemed a felony by the laws of the State or federal government." A pending felony can also sometimes remove one from a consideration for release to parole supervision...
