MCI Shirley -does anyone have Chaplain details

Does anyone have the contact details for the chaplain at MCI Shirley I have a friend who has been transfered there (well we know he is in Shirley) so I am guessing its here. We cant use Vinelink in the UK.

His mother is very worried and we want to check if he is there so we can get a welfare check completed.

Here's the list of prison ministry from the Archdiocese of Boston Massachusetts Prison Chaplains (Catholic). It lists Deacon Arthur Rogers as being assigned to MCI Shirley.
