I have a AA in Teacher Education, and a BA in Secondary Math Education. I also have a Medical Office Assistant associate degree, but I have never used it for anything. Best wasted 2 years of my life.

I have a few degrees and decided to postpone my PhD in order to continue working on my book and my business pursuits.
In my own case and from my own perspective; my education has EVERYTHING to do with whom I choose to get romantically involved with. I guess it is the awareness aspect that an education provided me. So yes, I consider many factors before I even consider establishing a relationship with anyone.

I have an associates in criminal justice, a bachelors in criminal justice, a masters in marriage and family therapy as well as a masters in counseling. I agree, education has nothing to do with who you fall in love with..

I have a BA, MA and 2 credentials. It is likely that I will pursue a Doctorate in about 3 years.

I don't have a degree cause I dropped out a long time ago to help my family and had to work. I'm going back to college this year and I'm hoping for a bachelor's degree in nursing

I have 3 degrees. I was a professional student it seems. I donít think itís fair for your family to judge. You canít help who you fall in love with. Keep your chin up. I for one am super proud of my man!

Currently I am 7 classes away from completing my AA in Mass Communication & Journalism.
You won't see him all over Instagram, or screenshots of conversations, and I don't care if you never know his name. Just know he's there & he's mine.

Default Currently Still Studying

I do have a General Studies Associates Degree, but I have been in school, with a couple of year long breaks due to my father's death and some serious health issues with my daughter, since 2012. I have changed my major from doing all classes for my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing to English with a Psychology minor after my father passed away because I just couldn't see myself as a nurse any longer. TBH, I only went for the nursing in the first place because it had always been my mother's dream to do so & she was scared to go alone and I just wasn't yet sure what I wanted to study, so I decided to go with her to support her dream; however, once my father passed away, she decided to drop out.

I am now just about 6 courses away from receiving my BS in English, Psychology minor & I am considering applying to law school and/or pursuing a Master's in Psychology as well. I am also simultaneously working on getting classes done to have my Associates of Science in Paralegal Studies.

It feels I might never graduate at this point though, LOL!

Good luck to all!

I have a Bachelors and 5 years military and trying to get my son to get his GED while he is in prison. So if you choose to go another route in your research, not all educated parents are fortunate enough to have law abiding children.

I'm on the tail end of receiving my M.S. in Behavioral Psychology from Pepperdine. My partner is currently fighting a case in federal court. This is all so overwhelming and the anguish I feel is incessant. This experience has made me realize how dirty and punitive the criminal justice system is.
