Default Need Advice! Absconding probation/court

Hey guys! So I need some advice/insight on what could happen at court in a couple of weeks. My boyfriend plead guilty to fac. agg robbery almost 2 years ago. He went to court one last time and failed drug test so he never went back again. Well almost a month ago he got arrested for new charges (I'm not worried about these), but I am worried about what will happen with the court case he ran away from. They granted him 6 years of probation and he did not even start one day of probation. We have hired a lawyer, but he is not really telling me any outcomes. I am wondering if it's possible that he will be given a second chance to start probation over, maybe with a little jail time and/or drug rehab. The fac. agg robbery is his only violent crime he has been convicted of. We live in Nashville, TN and they seem to be the type of system that is 3 strikes you're out, and this is first time ever absconding and running from court. I wrote the judge a letter because I am a really good influence on him and have no charges or anything. And we are about to have a baby in 2 weeks. I am praying that they will give him a second chance and restart his probation. Any advice and insight will be greatly appreciated.

i know nothing about Tennessee, but in general, with new charges and a dirty UA plus the absconding, I'd be astounded if they let him go back to probation.
You'll know you've created God in your own image when He hates all the people you do.

I hope not .. but .. Most of the time with a new charge.. They will tell him that the board will see him again in two years..Unfortunately good time does not apply to the parole hearing schedule
