Default "old law inmates"

i was wondering if anyone has a loved one under the old law, that has been paroled like to a halfway house and then left from there without permission? My husband did and now he is back in prison and facing a revocation hearing soon. He did not commit a new crime or anything like that, and they are not charging him with escape so has anyone been in this situation and what are we looking at? please help me and ou children would apppreciate it. thank you

My husband was paroled to a halfway house in 2000 and he left the halfway house and was on the run for 2 months. He had a hearing and received 10 months back in the joint.

(((Cestrada))) I'm sorry to hear about your husband's predicament. My husband is under the "Old Law" too. I don't know the answers to your question. I just wanted to let you know that you came to a good place to ask questions. And I pray that you receive what you need. I will have you both in my prayers. Keep your head up!

my fiance' is under the old law too and recently got into some trouble but the prosecuting attorney made a deal with the parole board so they are not going to revoke his parole. so they say but they can be really sneaky considering he has 48 years hanging over his head.
