Tomorrow will be 60 VERY LONG days for us. We have gotten a response from the prosecutor, but nothing from the judge yet !!!!!!!! She has been in for 5 out of 7 years. So hopefully we will hear soon.

My baby just filed for judicial release on May 21 and we are very nervous because we dont know what is going to happen. He was sentenced to 4 yrs and have been in there for 16 months. We havent been waiting that long but it seems like forever. He had to do four years before but it was mandatory. This time it isnt I just hope that his past history doesnt come back to bit him in the a**.

When my brother filed for judicial release, it took about 6-1/2 weeks for him to get a notice by mail that he had been denied. I was able to look it up on the internet in about 5 weeks so he knew the result before getting the official notice.
