Default Pv'd & In jail for for 100 days & still no PD or court date?

My boyfriend has been locked up in county jail for 100 days on 2 parole violations. He has not seen a lawyer or does not know a court date. This is crazy...how long can they hold him!!!! We have 2 boys together and they need their Daddy out so he can provide for the family not being in there for the state to get money while he watches TV and plays handball. I am a stay @ home so I feel like there is nothing I can do because everyone seems to need money to get started. Any info would be greatly appreciated...I do not want him to go back to TDCJ ( Texas Department Criminal Justice. Please help me!!!

First, let me welcome you to PTO.

So, does he have any new charges or is he being held on technical violations only? Those would be like not reporting or not paying fees. In that case they are supposed to have things taken care of in 41 days. If he has a new offense then their is no deadline and they almost certainly won't do anything until that is taken care of.

It seems that the parole board decided to begin revocation proceedings and then issued a blue warrant to have him arrested and held in jail. They will wait to decide anything about revocation until after the assault case is decided and he will remain in jail at least until then. What happens after that depends upon what happened with the case and/or how the board votes about revocation.
